The Yonggui YGC1033B-EV-S2PN/I is a B-type straight plug from the YGC1033 series of dual-pin shielded electrical connectors, engineered for high-voltage and high-current connections in new energy vehicles. It features a 180° cable outlet and is designed for 50mm² shielded cables conforming to ISO19642, carrying a rated current of 200A at a power-circuit voltage of 1000V.
Built with an ADC12 aluminum alloy housing treated with passivation, the connector provides 360° EMI shielding and high salt-spray resistance. When properly mated and locked with the corresponding receptacle, the system achieves IP67, IP6K9K, and IP68 protection, and operates reliably across a -40°C to +125°C temperature range with a UL94 V-0 flame-retardant rating.
The plug is mainly used in electronic control and battery power systems of electric vehicles.
