The YGC1033A-EV-S2P/I is a high-voltage and high-current dual-pin shielded connector from the YGC1033 series, designed for new energy vehicle electronic control and battery power systems. The series connectors are small in size, high in power, simple in structure, and easy to operate.
This model is a straight plug assembly with a 180° cable outlet, carrying part number 112010103635 and mistake-proof key position I. It is rated at 150A with 35mm² shielded cable and 200A with 50mm² shielded cable, with a power-circuit voltage of 1000V, signal circuit of 24V, and withstand voltage of 3000V (power) / 1000V (signal) with leakage current of no more than 5mA.
The plug housing is made of ADC12 aluminum alloy with a passivation process, providing 360° EMI shielding and high salt-spray resistance (96h standard, with 240h, 480h, and 960h levels). After normal mating and locking, the connector meets IP67, IP6K9K, and IP68 standards, operating from -40°C to +125°C with a UL94 V-0 flame-retardant rating and 50 mating cycles. An optional HVIL function is available, and some plug and connector components need to be ordered separately according to the wiring specifications.
