The YGC1033A-EV-S2PW/I is a 120° angled dual-pin shielded high voltage plug connector from the YGC1033 series manufactured by Yonggui Electric. The series is characterized by small size, high power capacity, simple structure, and easy operation, and is mainly used in the electronic control and battery power systems of new energy vehicles.
The 120° angled cable outlet optimizes routing in tight engine compartment or battery box installations where straight connectors create cable bend stress, enabling compact packaging while maintaining the cable minimum bend radius. The connector supports 150A at 35mm² shielded cable and 200A at 50mm² shielded cable, with a power-circuit voltage of 1000V and signal circuit of 24V.
The 120° angled version uses the same contact system and key position Type I as the straight S2P/I, so the mating receptacle is identical and only the cable entry angle differs for installation flexibility. The aluminum alloy housing with passivation provides 360° shielding, and the connector achieves IP67, IP6K9K, and IP68 protection after mating and locking, with a UL94 V-0 flame-retardant rating and a -40°C to +125°C operating range.
