The Yonggui YGC1033A-EV-S2PN/I is an N-variant 180° straight plug assembly from the YGC1033 series of dual-pin shielded electrical connectors, designed for high-voltage and high-current applications in new energy vehicles. Its compact structure and high power density make it well suited to EV power architectures where space and reliability are critical.
The plug supports 35mm² and 50mm² shielded cables, with current ratings of 150A and 200A respectively, and a rated power-circuit voltage of 1000V. The housing is made of ADC12 aluminum alloy with a passivation process, providing 360° electromagnetic shielding and high salt-spray resistance.
When mated and locked with the corresponding receptacle, the connector achieves IP67, IP6K9K, and IP68 protection, and it operates reliably from -40°C to +125°C with a UL94 V-0 flame-retardant rating. Some plug components, such as the socket assembly, shielding sleeves, and seals, need to be ordered separately according to the wiring specification.
