The Yonggui YGC1033A-EV-P2R/Ⅱ is a dual-pin shielded high-voltage receptacle connector designed for new energy vehicle power systems. It combines a compact structure with high power capacity, and uses key position Ⅱ for mistake-proofing, preventing incorrect mating with incompatible connector types such as position Ⅰ configurations.
The receptacle supports 35mm² and 50mm² shielded cables for power contacts, rated at 150A and 200A respectively, with a power-circuit voltage of 1000V and signal circuit of 24V. It withstands 3000V (power) / 1000V (signal) test voltage with insulation resistance of at least 5000MΩ for the power circuit, and offers an optional HVIL (High Voltage Interlock Loop) for enhanced safety.
The receptacle shell is made of PA66-GF30 in black for excellent thermal and mechanical performance, while the mating plug housing uses ADC12 aluminum alloy with 96-hour salt-spray resistance. When mated and locked, the connection achieves IP67, IP6K9K, and IP68 protection, operating from -40°C to +125°C with a UL94 V-0 flame-retardant rating and a mechanical life of 50 mating cycles.
